Before any special building permit is issued or approved by the City, a drainage plan shall be submitted and approved by the City in accordance with the requirements of section 7-98 through 7-101 of this Part 7. Also, before any subdivision of land or development occurs within the City or its impact zone, a preliminary and final drainage plan shall be submitted and approved by the City and its City engineer. The procedures for these submissions and approval of these drainage plans shall follow the procedure outline in sections 7-98 through 7-101 of this Part 7.
