§ 8-11. Use and care of lots not under perpetual care.

No grave shall be opened in the Evanston City Cemetery except and until perpetual care of such grave space shall have been paid or provided therefore. The City council may regulate by resolution the price to be paid for and the terms of payment for perpetual care and maintenance of grave space previously sold without provision for perpetual care.
