§ 7-5. Standards and specifications for construction of public works—Adopted.

There is hereby adopted by the City as if set out at length in this chapter, for the purpose of prescribing regulations for the minimum standards to safeguard life, health, property and public welfare in the construction of public works, those certain standards and specifications known as the: Wyoming Public Works Standard Specifications; AASHTO Interim Guide for Design of Pavement Structure; Evanston City Street Standards, pages 1-5; Evanston City Street Drawings, pages 1-7; Basics of Barrier Free Design in Wyoming; and General and Special Standards Governing Mobile Home Parks, Travel Trailers, Truck Campers and Tenting Units (Wyoming). The most current editions of all of the above, and the whole thereof, except such portions as may be modified, deleted, added or amended pursuant to section 7-6, are hereby adopted. Such provisions shall be controlling for the construction of public works within the City.
