§ 23-65. Unacceptable refuse.

In addition to any other refuse prohibited by the director of public works, the following shall not be acceptable for collection or disposal by the City:A.Dangerous materials or solutions, including, but not limited to, poisons, toxics, acids, constricts, explosives, diseased, infected or radioactive wastes;B.Unusual volumes or mass quantities of materials, including, but not limited to, construction rubbish, demolition waste, earth, landscaping wastes, rocks and other natural materials;C.Solid wastes resulting from industrial, mining, petroleum or manufacturing processes;D.Hot ashes or other dangerously combustible materials;E.Any other material or waste deemed uncollectible, dangerous or unsanitary by the director of public works;F.Materials which have not been prepared for collection in accordance with this chapter.
