§ 1-6. Actions for penalties or fines.

A.
To be brought in corporate name. All actions brought to recover any penalty or fine shall be brought in the corporate name of the City.

B.
Disposition of recoveries. The recoveries of penalties or fines, when collected, shall be paid into the treasury of the City.
